Back Strengthening for Pregnancy and Beyond is a back care class designed for pre and post natal women. The gentle stretching and strengthening exercises are combined with ergonomics, plus a little bit of dance and writing to help you connect to a deeper root of your being and feel better in your body while pregnant and breastfeeding.
